Mesa, AZ, (April 4, 2007) — Today Data-Tel announced as part of its continued initiative on Improving Customer Experience (ICE), live chat support through the Data-Tel website. Reducing cost and improving communications between our support staff and especially International customers was driven by Data-Tel listening to the wants and needs of their customers.
Customers can simply browse to Data-Tel's website and click the "Chat Live!" button to begin talking with a live support technician. Data-Tel implemented this option so that clients will have another choice of how they choose to receive technical support. In addition, the chat feature will make it more convenient for customers to view support answers so they can serve as a visual reference later on.

Data-Tel currently utilizes live chat for support only, but plans to offer the service for sales purposes in the near future.
