PCI Fargo, Inc.

PCI is a successful company providing products to the active customers of large banks and other financial institutions.  PCI worked with Data-Tel in 2000 to get set up for dialing operations.  Their package included xSELLerator Standard, designed to provide all of the functions necessary for PCI’s agents to make calls, record results, bill leads and report their effectiveness to PCI’s clients. 

PCI’s original dialer setup included data servers with thin clients at each of two sites in North Fargo and Oaks, North Dakota.  This setup was optimal for the two office setup, each site being independent and drawing from its own lists of leads and making calls from its own predictive dialer.  Under this setup, PCI worked efficiently and rapidly grew their client base.

In 2004, PCI was growing faster than its existing technology could support.  They wanted to expand to a third location in South Fargo and reduce technical concerns at all three sites.  Data-Tel stepped in again to reorganize PCI’s architecture.  North Fargo retained its data server and was upgraded to handle the increasing flow of agents logging into the system.  The choice to upgrade the server allowed for quick and easy configuration and the power to handle so many new agents logging into the same location, both on-site and remotely. 

With all server functions now maintained in one location, tech support efficiency was improved, consolidation of leads,, reporting and other managerial needs.  Lead list efficiency rose, exceeding their requirements of 90+% lead penetration.

Over the years, PCI has grown and improved, and Data-Tel has been right beside them, improving their architecture and providing upgrades as they become available.  Due to Data-Tel’s implementation of improved hardware architecture and 24 hour tech support, PCI can focus on their core procedures and concentrate on processing leads and satisfying their clients.
