Phoenix operation looking for lead control with Satellite Offices
Infinite Marketing Group began working with Data-Tel Info Solutions when their automated phone room was not more than an idea sketched on paper. Infinite Marketing Group owner, Dennis Ariola chose Data-Tel Info Solutions and xSELLerator because of Data-Tel's high level of customer service and ability to envision a future together no matter how small or big his phone room became.
In the beginning, the need was for one office with automated inbound/outbound blended agents. Then there were more agents. Now there are additional offices, and the next one will be located outside of the United States. Dennis didn't have to look elsewhere. He knew that Data-Tel's promise to work with him as IMG expanded wouldn't end when he wanted precise lead control at his satellite offices. The team at Data-Tel worked with Dennis to see that vision unfold to become reality.
The REMOTE Solution
After Data-Tel Info Solutions worked on several expansions with Infinite Marketing Group's contact center in Phoenix, Arizona, owner Dennis Ariola wanted to expand his business to other locations and possibly outside of the United States. His biggest concern was controlling leads for each office as he expanded his business. He knew that he could easily install separate sites, with separate predictive servers, but that would not satisfy his need to control leads and call compliance issues. Also, it was important to him to work with a company he trusted. Todd Miller, National Sales Director for Data-Tel Info Solutions worked closely with Dennis to determine his needs and to ensure that all expectations were met before additional equipment or software was purchased.
Without Remote Automation Services, Dennis would lose control over how leads were disbursed among offices. He was also concerned about call compliance issues and monitoring list performance among all offices. By running each office separately, list sharing while not impossible, would be impractical. There was also growing concern of maintaining Do Not Call Compliance throughout the entire operation.
With Remote Automation Services, all data resides at the Central Office in Infinite Marketing Group's Phoenix location. Lists can be broken up and disbursed to each location, while result codes (dispositioning) will automatically return back to the master list in the Central Office. List sharing among all offices allows for better penetration of leads to maximize list performance.
The Futureā¦
Infinite Marketing Group's next possible venture is a satellite office outside of the United States. In this venture, voice and data will reside at the Central Office. In this Remote Office scenario, the Remote Office will connect to the Central Office in Phoenix utilizing VoIP technology, offering total lead control and the benefit of domestic phone charges available at the Central Office. This feature is certainly a forerunner in Remote Office Automation, allowing a complete office to use both voice and data from another location.
